Our staff is composed of degreed professionals, with most staff members holding advanced degrees in their area of expertise.

All of our Geriatric Care Management staff have specialized credentials in geriatric care and case management.

Our professional Geriatric Care Managers advocate for clients in a variety of settings including working with hospital discharge planners, physicians, elder law attorneys, bank trust officers, and financial planners.

A Care Manager is always available, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to meet the needs of our clients.
